The below projects showcase some of the home and landscape designs that we have recently completed or are currently working on.

The project locations and programs for the homes and landscapes vary widely - ranging from an off-grid family home in Del Norte, Colorado; to a Texas Hill Country Modern home for a couple entering the empty-nester phase of life in Waco, Texas; to speculative homes for developers in Blanco, Texas.

These projects were designed in 2022 and 2023. They are either under construction currently, or set to be under construction soon. The Ranch House in McAllen, Texas is pending construction depending on a family move.

The homes and landscapes all brought their own unique design opportunities and challenges. Together we sorted through challenging site constraints, budgetary concerns, complex floor plans and client programs, unique 3D modeling opportunities, contractor needs and wants, tricky details, robust building envelope systems, breaking through historically traditional home typologies, and all of the ins and outs that make a successful project. We are grateful to our awesome clients who made these projects possible.
